Back in Time Series: Tealicure Tweaked

Hi there!!  So today its time for the second half of Back in Time for this month.  If you have forgotten this post is when Missy (Gnarly Gnails) and I choose one of each other's past manis and redo that one.  Missy wasn't blogging last November, so I just went through all her old posts and found something that caught my eye.

I ended up choosing one of her Teal Tuesday manis from March of 2012, which you can see in the collage above on the left.  I really loved that she used a sparkly base for her leopard print, and I knew the perfect polish that was sitting in my untrieds...

Lynnderella I Don't Mean Rhinestones!!  This pretty has been on my wishlist for a while, and I was lucky enough to snag it from a friend when she was selling stuff she wasn't using.  I've shown here two coats, applied to my bare nail with the dabbing method to achieve full coverage.  I can't even explain to you how sparkly these were in person.

I added my leopard print using a dotting tool, OPI You're A Pisa Work, and my Mash Nail Art Polish in black.

I really loved wearing these, although they didn't last long since I had to put so much top coat to get them smooth.  They ended up popping off my nails in sheets after a day and 1/2 or so.  Oh well, at least I had bejeweled nails for a little while anyway!

Don't forget to pop over to Gnarly Gnails today to see which of my mani's she's redone! :)
