Light It Up Blue meets Floral Week: Texas Bluebonnets

Hi guys!  Welcome back to the week of florals!  Today is also World Autism Awareness Day, where you can wear blue or "Light It Up Blue" to shine a light on Autism.  You can find more info on Light It Up Blue here.

Today's flower is the Texas Bluebonnet.  Last year Mr. Sparkles and I went on a day trip to Brenham, TX to see the Bluebonnets.  Apparently it was not the best year for them, but since it was my only time seeing them I was still pretty amazed by some of the fields!  There were beautiful seas of blue.  This is one of the things I really miss about Texas this year!

The colors I used for this mani are H&M Norwegian Sky, S-OPI Completely Fern-ished, Essie Mojito, Depend Nr. 353, and Orly Lemonade.

The other lovely ladies participating in this week of florals are Debbie of The Crumpet, Missy of Gnarly Gnails, Emma of Manicurity, and Kerrie of PishPosh and Polish.  Be sure to hop over to their blogs for more fun florals to kick off spring!

Also please have a look at the other bloggers who are participating in Light It Up Blue today!

Oh wow, I love LOVE your bluebonnets! And your photo in the field is so cute! I also love that your man is 'Mr. Sparkles', I feel like mine should get a cool nickname but idk about Mr. Manicurity...hmm.
