Hi guys! Today I have a guest post for you from one of my besties, Danielle. She runs the blog Polish. Glitter. Rock & Roll! and she was the first nail blogger I met up with in real life. I can't wait to visit her while we are in Houston, and we are meeting for lunch today! :)
Keep reading and check out this cute nail art she did for you! I love this mani so much... Maybe I will have to recreate it one day!

Hello all you Sparklers fans! Is that okay, Ash? Can we call them Sparklers? lol I am so happy to be here doing a guest post for Ashley while she's on vacation. She's actually here in the States and we are gonna meet up for lunch. I am so excited about it AND this mani I created for her blog.
I knew I wanted to do a fun skittle mani with glitter bombs. I thought doing purple would be really pretty and it's Ashley's favorite color, BUT I decided on teal instead. I just like the teal/silver combo.
I started with a base of a no-name teal that I got from Urban Outfitters in an ombre set. You can see my post about them HERE. For the silver glitter I used Ulta Starstruck which is a super dense scattered holo silver glitter. I used three coats. Over that I layered L.A. Colors Color Craze Sparkling Diamond which is a multi-sized silver glitter in a clear base.
Ooooh! Look at all that holo glitter!
For the stripes I used Kiss Nail Artist Fine Art pens in black and white and then a nail art brush to draw a cutesy little heart on my ring finger with the teal polish. I topped it all off with a hefty coat of Seche Vite and I was good to go. I did think to myself, "OMG this is gonna be such a pain to get off". Thankfully I used a glue base so it will come right off. I hope you all enjoyed this super fun mani as much as I do. Thanks to Ashley for having me and I wish her and her husband the best while they are here visiting family and friends.
Don't forget to swing by and check out my blog at Polish. Glitter. Rock & Roll! You can also follow me on , , and .
Love the sparkle! :)
