Hey guys! Here is a quick mani I did the other day, just some stamping and reversed color accent nails.
I have two coats of A-England Avalon on my index, middle and pinkie nails. My photos are, as usual, not so color accurate on the purple. It is a bit warmer than this shows. A beautiful, shimmering, true royal purple. My camera can never seem to get this kind of purple correct, it always shows up more blue. On my ring finger and thumb I have two coats of ManGlaze Fuggen Ugly, which is a matte gray. It has some multicolored shimmer in it, which I'm sure looks stinking amazing with top coat, but I haven't tried that yet. The formulas on both polishes are impeccable. These are my first of each of these brands, and I am definitely interested in having more.
I stamped using the same two polishes, over their opposing color. They both worked fabulously for stamping. I used my Mash-49 plate... hence the punny title of this post. (Couldn't resist!)
I didn't use any top coat, and the difference of finishes looked really cool together. I will definitely be stamping with mattes more in the future!
A-England and ManGlaze polishes are both available for purchase at Norway Nails. Wenche has now opened up default shipping to all of Europe from her website, but if you still don't see your country listed, you should feel free to email her. I also have this lovely code for my readers to save 10% on their orders! Just enter SMASHLEY10 at checkout.
