Hi there lovelies! Well here is the big nail art secret I have been keeping from you... I am a proud new member of The Digit-al Dozen!! The DD is a small group of amazing nail art loving bloggers who do a theme week once a month. I am so incredibly honored and excited to be participating in this with so many talented ladies. Since it is February, our theme this month is Love and Heartbreak. For the first day of the challenge I've done my very first ruffle mani!
So, this mani started out with 2 coats of MASH Nail Art Polish in White, which is quickly becoming one of my most reached for polishes! The polishes I used for the ruffles, as well as the heart, are: Zoya Sooki, China Glaze Dance Baby, Ciaté Cupcake, Ciaté Dangerous Affair, Essie French Affair, and China Glaze Ring in the Red.
For the heart nail I freehanded everything with a small paintbrush, starting with the outline of the largest heart and then working my way in to the smallest one in the center.
I was really excited about how this turned out... I see some more ruffle manis in my near future! Please check back tomorrow for more Love and Heartbreak nails, and of course have a look below at all the other beautiful work my friends have created!
