Shimmer Polish Amy - Swatches and Review

Shimmer Polish Amy

Welcome back to Shimmer Polish week!  Today's post features Shimmer Polish Amy.  If you like multi-colored glitters, this girl is for you!

Amy has so many different colors, I would have a hard time listing them all!  The main colors are red and pink, but there seems to be a bit of every color in there.  As usual, no trouble with application... these are a breeze to work with guys!  This one is a real standout in my collection.  I love multi-colored glitters but I don't have anything like this.

Again, in all of my Shimmer swatches I will show you a few different ways you can wear each polish.  On my index finger I have 3 coats with no base color.  On my middle finger I have a base color with one coat of the Shimmer.  On my ring finger I have a base color with two coats of the Shimmer.  On my pinkie I have one coat of black as a base with one coat of the Shimmer.

Here is a macro of 3 coats of Amy with no base... look at that mix of glitters!  Amazing!

Here is 2 coats of Amy over one coat of China Glaze Electric Beat.  I tried this polish over pink and purple as well (as a matter of fact, I originally photographed this over China Glaze Gothic Lolita, but I didn't think the photos did it justice, so I reswatched!), it looked pretty over both but I think the blue really let the glitter pop.

And last but not least, one coat of Amy over black.  Which way do you prefer this glitter?
