Does anyone know if Innuendo was released on vinyl in the U.S. in 1991? There doesn't seem to be a U.S. vinyl from '91..
Foxanayn
No, it was not. No U.S. vinyl for this album on Hollywood or any other label. Only on CD and cassette.
Buzalas
Yes, you're right. I had german "Innuendo" with black labels and it sounds bad, because the sound is very wheezing in vocal and percussion.
Use_Death
look at this columbia reprints: https://www.discogs.com/de/Pink-Floyd-The-Final-Cut/release/2846575 + https://www.discogs.com/de/Janis-Joplin-Pearl/release/2429181 i remember them (and some 20 other rock-classics appearing at the german record+book store "2001". i bought most of them but wont forget/hate forever the day i let innuendo for the next time... 2 days later it was sold out ... all these reprints appeared ca. 1993/1994... and i´m 95% sure the innuendo was also a usa-columbia! surprised that there´s no reference here... NO US-release in 91 as vinyl! https://www.discogs.com/label/321629-20-Queen-Years ... Hollywood Recs started much later with vinyl
kinder
Yes. American "Innuendo" was released under the "Hollywood Records" in USA.
Malojurus
Never got a US release. I have the original UK press and it sounds great.
Dagdage

Mardin
