I'm not too impressed with the sound quality on this. The whole thing sounds flat and the vocals are buried in the mix on most of the songs (especially on Steven's last Night In Town). The record itself, however, is quiet and free of any physical defects.

Agreed. Was very disappointed in the sound quality. I tend to shy away from live recordings for that reason. But I picked it up in my record store day frenzy and regretted it later.
